Parish Council meetings are generally held on the last Thursday of alternate months.
The first meeting of the year is in January and the remaining five meetings are held in March, May, July, September and November.
The location for the meetings will be Stainton Village Hall and and the dates will be set in November at the final meeting of each year.
Confirmation of meeting dates will be posted on the Stainton village notice board and the Stainton Grove notice board. The date of the next meeting will also be shown at the foot of published minutes.
